Chef Manuel's buffet business has expanded to several locations, including Santa Rosa City, Lipa City, Bacoor, Cavite, and Angeles, Pampanga. Despite initial doubts from his family due to the pandemic, the continuous growth of customers and the recognition of URA Macaria have proven his determination right.

Chef Manuel shares that the earnings from his branches amount to about 200,000 to 250,000 PHP monthly. These profits have enabled him to purchase a house in Batangas, a vehicle, and invest further in his business.
